Amy Houck is a lyricist, producer, and writer who blends poetry, technology, and music into one seamless art form. In 2022, she released her book The Bare Minimum, a raw and vulnerable collection of poems. From the start, she envisioned giving those words a voice beyond the page. That vision came to life when she wrote and produced songs built from the book, pairing her own voice with an AI she created to create a layered, modern sound. Her debut single, Your Phone, is the first poem from The Bare Minimum brought to life through music. The track captures the heartbreak of being with someone physically present but emotionally gone, using both human and AI voices to tell the story.
