AREA HB (Harlem/Brooklyn) consist of two native rappers from New York City. Chris Dollars, born and raised in Harlem and River Jonez, born and raised in Brooklyn. The lyrical overtones of Big L mixed with the smooth flow of Notorious BIG, AREA HB are students of hip hop who learned from the past to forge their own sounds to bridge the gap of old school meets new school. Both had similar but different upbringings, but the struggle of making it in the game and the family bond they share makes them a force to be reckoned with for years to come.
