B1GJuice

Tyreek Phillips PKA B1GJuice is an award-winning producer and rap artist who has been presenting work publicly since 2017. As a former NCAA Division 1 football player returning home from a diagnosis of Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy, it was his love for music that drove him to live again. Taking his personal pain and turning it into creativity, B1GJuice champions black art and unfiltered expression with a signature voice, sharp lyrics, and a mission to motivate the masses. In 2022, B1GJuice released a mix tape inspired by life in the south, titled “Spicy Two-Piece”, quickly followed by “Shadows”, a full-length album with a micro-film funded by the Canada Council of the Arts; deconstructing notions of nihilism, depression, and resilience through pain.
