So it all started when I was in jr lifeguard swimming classes at a YMCA in Yonkers, New York Over the Summer I had to be 16 years old and I found my self almost drowning in the deep in of the pool while the lifeguard was listening to music instead of teaching and watching us completely. I truly felt if I didn’t remain calm I would have literally die drowning. So I did a little Research and one of the definitions of the name Dave was to be calm; and help alleviate self pain. Lamar came from the connection of me being in water and how dark it was and how lost I felt. The definition of Lamar in some dictionaries mean man of sea or if sea and I basically felt that I emerged a different person when I saved myself from drowning. So Dave Lamar it is and it will be
