Sibongiseni Nqoba Ncube also known as Bobo Sway is a hip-hop artist, MC, entrepreneur and motivational speaker. Describing his music as New Age Hip-hop with elements of trap, kwaito, and street rap he uses insight to get his message across targeting the demographic of the youth. Born on the 05th of April 1997 at Lesedi Private Clinic the 24 year old Artist is from Kenilworth, South of Johannesburg and began his musical journey at the age of 14 after continuously writing his experiences of life in his personal diary after being recommended by his friends to start rapping. Bobo Sway most recognized accomplishment in his career is that he got to perform 'Legendary' alongside Nasty C during "The Ivyson Tour Activation" on the 27th of September 2018 at Boston Media House. He started studying in 2016 and graduated from Boston Media House in 2019 with a diploma in media practices majoring in Radio broadcasting. In 2019 he continued to pursue his studies further by receiving a bursary to study at Regenesys Business School completing the course and graduating with a Higher Certificate in Business Management. Bobo Sway founded and co-founded his start-up SME named "Sways Trading Enterprise" which deals in the reselling of frozen beverages, energy drinks, still water, lipsticks, cold drinks and candy. obo Sway dropped his debut mixtape "Rookie Season" on the 05th of April 2020 on Audiomack, Sound Cloud and Youtube and later on the 28th December 2020 on DSP such as Apple Music, Spotify and YoutubeMusic. Rookie Season was been nominated for "Mixtape of the Year" at the 011 City Awards 2021, unfortunately the mixtape did not win the category but came out Top 5 "Most Voted" in Johannesburg (011) and Top 8 "Most Voted Nationally(CountryWide). Up-to-date Bobo Sway has had his music played on radio stations like The Urban Culture(TUC) Radio, Touch HD, BMH Radio, New Vision Radio and Hillbrow FM. Bobo Sway expresses consistency and dedication through his motivational videos sharing positive energy believing in empowerment of people across all races displayed in a youthful energetic way.
