Living with ADHD doesn’t define me, but it does drive me. Music is how I focus the static, how I turn restless energy into rhythm, impulse into lyric, and way-too-many ideas into three and a half minutes that actually make sense. If you hear honesty, hooks, and a heartbeat, good. That’s the point.
