Bubnyte Da Nawfstar is an southern artist. Gaining notoriety throughout the United States especially in states such as Florida, Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama with the release of his viral video for “Shot Down” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6wiRjs7g43M and mixtapes “Tha Truth” (2016), “Undeniable Truth” (2018). Deon Johnson (Bubnyte Da Nawfstar) was born in North Dallas, Texas on July 15, 1992, grew up in Marvell, Arkansas as a child and later moved back to Dallas, Texas due to various disciplinary issues. Nawfstar who faced many hardships even after the move found inspiration in music from artist like Z-ro, Boosie and Kevin Gates. With his mind made up he sought out to use his struggle, pain, and life itself to deliver a message through his music and become a representation of what you can overcome. Johnson often says that if his music can help at least one person get through the storm then his dream is fulfilled. After being featured on top blogs like SayCheeseDigital, Musicande, and Gutta TV, Bubnyte Da Nawfstar is ready to release what he says will be his best project to date titled “Somethin’ 2 Prove” (August, 2018). Like the name suggests the EP focus is on proving that worth to his fans, the music industry, and most of all himself.
