You know, I heard a song once. The song was so good I probably listened to it over three hundred times. I was so inspired that I decided to revisit the good ol’ Soundtrap, a music making software. I tried my best to mimic the song but it sounded nothing like it. However I still used it. I wrote a couple lyrics and dropped the song on SoundCloud, which is a free music streaming platform. After the song reached 20 views, I recorded one more. Eventually, I created another one when the second song reached 40 views. Then, one night I was introduced to one of my brother’s friends and was shocked to hear that he had listened to my songs and was impressed by my work. He then said he would love to collaborate. He returned in two weeks and we created a song. It was so “fire” that it was played at our local youth group a couple of times. However, we didn’t stop there and decided this song needed a music video. So we made it and dropped it. Unexpectanty, I had never received such views before. It inspired me to continue producing music. I’m learning as I go along so my fans are just watching me improve.
