C.Nichole

C.Nichole, born Christin Nichole in Dallas, TX, is an Urban Pop and Tribal Trill artist known for blending genres, melodic songwriting, and globally-minded lyrics. Her music career began early, sparked by receiving a Mýa CD in 1998, and by age 16, she had written over 1,100 songs. While studying marketing at the University of Houston, she interned at a major label, eventually launching her own music publishing company and later, her own record label to better define her sound. Her first R&B-driven album Coup d’Etat received FM radio play across the U.S., but her ambition has always been international. With travel influencing much of her creative direction, she has visited 115 countries and released three volumes of the Christin SanDiego EPs, serving as bold Urban Pop statements. Her music videos often reflect her global experiences. In 2021, she created the genre "Tribal Trill," fusing Southern American beats with African grooves and percussion. Paying homage to people of African descent, C.Nichole combines historical knowledge and exudes Pan Africanism throughout her lyrics.
