**Trilly – Hip-Hop/Rap Artist | Columbus, Ohio** Born August 9th, 2001, and raised on the eastern & northern side of Columbus, Ohio, Trilly is more than just an artist—he’s a movement. At just 24, he’s already cemented his name across the underground, local, and now wider music scenes, pushing for household recognition. Trilly’s musical ambitions started young. Influenced from age 3 by his late grandfather Harold Riggins also known as "Bucky", a DJ who filled the house with everything from 2pac's "all eyes on me" album & his hit singles to Lil Wayne's "the dedication" & "no ceilings" mixtape era to Chief Keef’s Chicago drill era with hit singles like "love sosa". Trilly was raised in an environment where music was as much therapy as entertainment, due to the violence & crime taking place in the treacherous city of columbus,OH. Gospel and old-school jams set the tone every Sunday in his grandmother’s(his fathers mom) home, making diverse sounds part of his DNA. Despite a tough childhood—losing his grandmother in a tragic 2017 car accident(possibly foul play), and navigating personal & family struggles also Losing family(cousins) & friends to gun violence. he unfortunately got heavily influenced by the streets. money drugs & guns was like adrenaline to him—Trilly found expression and hope in music. By junior high, he was known for electrifying lunchtime freestyles, gathering crowds at Horizon School tables, after school he would continue to perfect his craft using influence from personal experiences he had while being heavily involved in the streets . By 15, he’d made the leap from rapping over phone beats on Speazie to laying down tracks in real studios thanks to his father's belief & investment who went by the persona "J money" or "slim" who was a former street legend & rapper him self. Out of StayBeatStudios owned by former rapper now entrepreneur "Ty wills" in downtown Columbus came Trilly’s first real wave—smash singles like “First Place" featuring jo6ro & produced by fly melodies(his first recorded single), “There He Go (Remix),” “Lil nigga”(over 247K SoundCloud streams), and “James Bond" produced by King Wonka (15k SoundCloud streams) He quickly followed up with projects like "The Come Up" and "Trilly Montana" (a theme referenced to the gangster movie Scarface), and the "Prefamous EP," which included the local favorite “Lost It All.” Trilly also dropped his highly anticipated album "TLOT"(The Legend Of Trilly) with over 10 tracks In 2025. Beyond his own catalog, Trilly is committed to his city. As the founder of Choppa Boy Gang (CBG), he’s helped other artists craft their images and brands, doing features with both up-and-comers and well-known Columbus names. He’s also been a vital force in rap groups like MBNO with artists like Papa, Jo6ro(trilly's cousin), Badazz 9, and more. and 4TK (formerly NHS) Founded by his cousin & upcoming artist NHS Gman. Kvng shad, another rising star from Columbus, OH also in relation to trilly as his cousin. Trilly’s style is impossible to box in—raw, versatile, unfiltered, and always honest.
