Corey Finesse

Shamar Nichols (known by his stage name, Corey Finesse) is a now independent Jamaican-American rapper and vocalist from Brooklyn, New York. Finesse was raised in Brooklyn, the oldest of two children born to a Jamaican mother. Corey Finesse grew up in a neighborhood known as "the 90s" in Brooklyn's East Flatbush area. He started off singing and writing at a very young age. His love for rap developed as his writing skills flourished. Finesse’s upcoming releases will expound on his vocal as well as lyrical talents. Finesse is hitting the Hip Hop/R&B industry by storm. Corey Finesse is known for his Viral Funk Flex Freestyle. He has released several singles and mix-tapes including Shawty Gotta Thang, Life After9, Kaka Show, and "Zoe God” which was featured on GS9's Shmoney Shmurda (Shmixtape). In 2018, Corey Finesse's grandmother passed away after complications from dementia. Her passing and last words has taken Corey's music style and lyricism to a new level!
