D-Nasty

D-Nasty Born “Darius Owens” to A Single Black Mother. D-Nasty had a passion for Basketball as a kid. Then One Christmas he was given his first Rap Album which was T.I. “Urban Legend” then a new passion for music came to him. He would frequently try to freestyle with his friends and come up with different raps. He kept chasing after this newly discovered passion. In which he started writing rhymes in class in a separate notebook to work on his craft. Which led to him and his close friend starting a Rap Duo “G-Block” these two put out a bunch of Singles to expose their talents to there city. Then in the Summer of 2010 16yrs old D-Nasty and Rap Friend “Luck” drop a Single and 1st Music Video entitled “Doing My Thing” which was a hit and got them a buzz in their city of Delray Beach, Florida. Unfortunately Life played a factor in the two making music and they both stopped. Battling Depression and Self Doubt D-nasty stopped making music in all. But then in 2018 a spark came back into D-nasty Life when his Girlfriend gave Birth to His Son. D-Nasty then started back writing and Recording Music as a Solo Artist. He dropped a few Singles onto his SoundCloud Page in 2019 Such as “Gotham” “Payday Friday” ”Wavy”. Then In 2021 He dropped his first solo song on major platforms Through United Masters entitled “Brown Skin” this song was written following the death of George Floyd and other unarmed Black Men due to Racial Profiling.
