DeeJay is a new wave rap artist who still holds the principles of MCing close to his heart. Meaning he loves the sonic freedom of the new wave vibe but the pen game is still on point and the flows are CRAZY! He is also a self taught and forever learning audio engineer, song writer and artist producer. Although he was blessed with a natural ear for music, DeeJay's life has not been short of struggle, hardship, personal demons, and growth. He is a recovered drug addict who is still healing, and is here for anyone going through the same struggle at any stage! Brantford Ontario Canada, DeeJays birthplace and home. Has the highest drug related hospital visits per capita for the entire country, and also once held and may still hold the highest teen pregnancy rate per capita. With a population barely exceeding 100k. DeeJay looks to use his talent to rise above the bullshit, and make enough money to try to help his city become a better place to raise children in, being as he has a son of his own who is now 10 years old, and feeling like he needs to get his child out of Brantford so he can have a better life and more opportunity woke him up to the fact that ultimately he needs to improve his city as a whole.
