Ellae X.

Ellae X.,is a young aspiring artist out of Portsmouth, Va or llike he likes to call it, "The SouthSide, that 75'". Started writing music when he was 9. Since then, he has explored his creativity in many different talents such as rapping, dancing, spoken word, drawing, and anything he can apply a creative mind to. In dancing, he was apart of a group called "Rock It Boyz" or better know as, "Ribz Ent." The group consisted of fellow dancers Nico and Rad, with Ellae X. under the name, "iso[l.a.]tion. The group went film an intro for a TV show and became finalists for Spring Bling 2010. From the age of 9, Ellae wrote notebooks worth of songs and tried his hand at recording music on his moms computer with just a computer mic and the sound recorder program. Then, released them on mypsace in 2007 with songs like "Nerds on the track", over Crime Mobb's "Knuck If You Buck" and "Pistol City Blues" over Jay-z's "Dead Presidents". L.A.(before he became Ellae X.), teamed up with friend Rad and continued to release music under RiBz Ent. In 2011, The name "Ellae X." was born,, as well as a new artist with a determination to change the world and passion for music. Taking the time to polish up on his craft and challenge himself, Ellae X., released his first project in 2012, "HumbleBeginnings". Gaining some buzz from the release and some freestyles released on his SoundCloud, Ellae X. started performing at showcases, open mics and any other event he could showcase talents. Then, he released his second project, "IV XL"(4-40), over all original beats to put together the album. The album was released in 2014 on SoundCloud. All the while he continued to perform at open mics and showcases around the 757, then ultimately, Shaggfest 2015. At Shaggfest 2015, Ellae X. had the pleasure to open up for Ma$e, Timbaland, Jidenna, Young Money Yawn, and Rotimi. Shortly after, Ellae X. worked on and released his third project and second album, titled, "The Master's Piece". Which is his most acclaimed project to date. The growth from first project to this can greatly be heard. His fan-base has grown and he has performed at and even headlined shows with a purpose. That purpose being, Leaving a footprint of legacy in time and that everyone enjoys themselves at each and every show. Ellae X., native to the South Side of Virginia, is an artist who is up and coming. Rapping super lyrical raps with smooth melodies, Ellae X. finds himself a unique wavelength in today's "sound". As he continues to release music for those who enjoy the downtime in life.
