Twenty years ago, Erickka Jones recorded the 'Sensual Journey' album in Newark, New Jersey. The unreleased songs, crafted by her and produced by Daniel Alzamora Dicken, seamlessly blend live instruments, hip-hop beats, silky melodies, and tribal rhythms. It's only now, after accumulating a wealth of life experiences as a writer, model, and mother, that Erickka feels ready to revisit the album and share this intimate part of herself. In addition to her musical talent, Erickka has carved out a successful career as a writer for esteemed publications such as Essence, Ebony, Madamenoire, XONecole, Uptown magazine, and the LGBTQ drama, 'A Luv Tale,' streaming on BET Plus. Notably, she took on multiple roles as the writer, director, and co-producer of the web series 'Rylie and Codie's World.' Beyond her literary achievements, Erickka's modeling career includes collaborations with renowned brands like Gap, Carhartt, Pantene, ID magazine, and more. Her versatility extends to the screen, where she served as the host of MTV Europe's video countdown, 'US Top 20,' and made appearances in independent films as well as productions of 'Law and Order SVU' and the cult classic 'Chappelle’s Show.'
