I am native to San Diego, CA however I was raised in Stone Mountain, GA. Writing poetry is insightful for me, it’s my prized form of communication. I receive revelation as I write, no matter the topic at hand. Performing Spoken Word was uncommon for me until 2017. Since my first performance at Atlanta’s well known Apache Cafe, I have evolved into the studio Where I am able to collaborate with sound and music to create an atmosphere within each poem spoken. The sounds you will always hear from me will always be poetic, hence my brand “Poetic Expressions”. Since a child music has always held a special place in my heart. There are countless songs that have inspired me, confirmed ideas and thoughts for me, provided clarity, and overall gave me feelings that I am now able to relay through a specific series of my poetry. Along the journey you will hear many poems that are inspired by music that I was able to connect with enough to write a poem about! I’m bringing a sound revolutionized and a style unmatched!
