G Tha Kidd

I'm G ThaKidd an Artist/Producer from a small town in Tennessee called Humboldt. Although I came from a small town, I was blessed with the gift of music that was meant to spread throughout the world. I gained a passion for music at a young age. My first love was the drums, which then drew my attention to other instruments. I also had a thing for Hip Hop/Rap since a toddler. I mean I love all kinds and genres of music, but its something about the rawness, swagger, rhythms and cadences of rap music that made me wanna rap. Just the Culture in general fits me from the inside out. I started writing songs in the 3rd grade. My 1st time recording a song was actually in the 5th grade. I had an older cousin from Memphis that produced and engineered for a local group from his area. I seen him working and instantly knew what I wanted to do with my life. After middle school I got my own desktop computer and started making beats. I eventually won a scholarship to the Art Institute of Nashville to start my career as an Audio Producer/ Engineer. Although I didn't complete the course and get a degree as planned, I didn't let that stop me from pursuing my career in music. I kept grinding taking risk after risk, loss after loss, and still managed to stick to my vision to turn my passion to my business.
