About
Hardaway was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, home of the historic Black Wall Street. He began rapping and writing his own music at the age of 12. By the time he reached high school, he had already established a name for himself as a rapper. Hardaway’s career took off shortly after graduating high school. He performed across the nation sharing the stage with some of Hip Hop’s biggest stars. Hardaway then abruptly took a hiatus from music after the incarceration of his label mate, the death of his childhood friend, and the incarceration of his label’s CEO. Once he returned to music, he was discovered by Zoe Pound’s founder and leader Mack A Zoe after being featured in the nationally recognized magazine Hip Hop Weekly. He signed a management deal with Mack A Zoe and his partner, Michael Brand who collectively own Loyalty Over Everything Management. They negotiated a record deal for Hardaway with one of Atlanta’s most successful independent labels, Bases Loaded Records. Unfortunately, the record deal fell apart and Hardaway spent the years following learning the music business from his manager, Mike B. In 2019, Hardaway launched his own record label and management company. In 2020, he released his first single in four years. Hardaway is now back with new music and a new label, MORE Music LLC. Along with the release of a new album, he plans on releasing new music from various artists he’s signed and managing. He refers to himself as an the “old rapper/young mogul”.
