Indi’Gxld (In-de-gold) is a conscious, soul hip hop artist, with a hint of Erykah Badu-esque RnB. Indi resides in Charleston, SC where he has been gradually building up steam by performing at some of Charleston’s most prominent music venues like The Charleston Pourhouse, Island Bar and Lounge, and The Purple Buffalo. He has also helped co-found and establish an event management company, Leaving Legacies Entertainment LLC, also based in Charleston, SC. His sound is very unique and he stands out amongst the sound of the new south. However, Indi’s versatility shows that he fully embraces and has adjusted to the popular melodic structure and wave of the new era. His debut album, “BenBen”, released April 2020, is a great display of the different songwriting levels and sounds he possesses as an underground artist. The music takes dives into many concepts of human existence, while not getting over wordy and keeping a smooth melody.
