About
Judah Bell is an eclectic artist, producer, sing-songwriter who was born in Neptune Township, New Jersey, but was raised and spent most of his early adulthood living in between Tyler and Dallas, Texas.
Prior to high school, Judah was homeschooled by his mother. It was during his homeschooling years where Judah would take an interest in musical instruments and begin to teach himself how to play drums, piano, electric guitar, acoustic guitar, bass guitar, organ, and music production.
Throughout high school and college, Judah was primary focused on academics and athletics, as he was a highly recruited American Football player in high school. Bell chose to play at the collegiate level, attending Southern Methodist University on a full-ride academic and athletic scholarship, where he would double major in political science and applied physiology while playing football and completing 2 congressional internships all within 4 consecutive years. Judah graduated from SMU with a degree in both fields he studied in.
Following graduation, Judah work a few different corporate jobs (Enterprise, Canes, FedEx, UPS, DoorDash, Uber, Lyft) while juggling both coaching and music production. Since entering college in 2017, Judah had slowly began to get involved in the underground hiphop scene in Dallas. By the time Judah graduated in 2021, he was producing primarily for Saucegod, a Virginia-based hiphop artist/songwriter who was stuck in Texas during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Judah produced for other local artist such as Lache, Willthewise, Tyra and Tiara, Rebelle Flor, GoClew, and a few other underground acts. By 2023, Judah was no longer interested in pursuing a music career in the city of Dallas, and had moved back to his hometown of Tyler, Texas to focus on evolving into an artist and furthering his craft as a producer before he would attempt to move to where his heart was telling him was next, Los Angeles, California.
By February 2025, Judah had moved to Los Angeles. He had his guitar, backpack, a duffle bag with clothes, and less than $100 dollars. He also had no idea how he was going to navigate, where he was going to sleep, how he was going to eat. Judah had moved to the city cold. A complete fresh restart with no option other than to work and move forward.
Within a year, he has been tapped to produce albums for 2 LA based artist with a humble following, is actively being booked as a session musician and/or producer, and has played several venues including the Viper Room, Harvelle's, The Venice West, and a few others.
Bell has also made notable progress in his solo career, as he released his second EP "Numerical November" a few new singles, and is preparing to release his debut album.
