KasKatee, born Irwin Redman on January 3, 1990, in Bridgetown, Barbados, began his musical journey at 10, gaining early recognition in the "Richard Stoute Teen Talent" competition. After honing his skills at local schools and becoming a prominent figure in Most Wanted Entertainment
(MWE), he gained global attention in 2013 when the group’s online show "Porgie and Murda" went viral. Despite setbacks following MWE’s breakup, Kas Katee returned with renewed vigor, cofounding Omawale Music in 2014 and releasing
standout tracks like "Izza Vibe" in 2018, which showcased his talent in the Party Monarch Soca Royal Competition.
KasKatee’s innovative "Sixty Seconds of Fire" video series, launched in 2017, has reached over 400,000 viewers globally. Now based in Toronto since 2022, Kas Katee continues to expand his musical influence. In summer 2024, he released
two singles, "Snakes" and "Numb My Pain," as part of his six-track "Black Sheep" EP. With a blend of creativity and resilience, Kas Katee remains a dynamic force in the music industry, eagerly anticipating new releases and projects to come.
