K-garoo

K-garoo is what happens when you mix a gym rat with a sound junkie. Raised on discipline and deadlifts, I express my softer, stranger sides through music — spanning acoustic folk, hip-hop, and experimental blends of traditional Korean and modern textures. My music is trilingual: Korean, English, and Japanese — because love, identity, and awkwardness sound different in each. Most of my tracks are composed by my brother, LEEHEE, whose melodies anchor my chaotic emotions. My most frequent and favorite collaborator is my girlfriend HJ (혜정), whose voice gives life to what I can’t say alone. K-garoo is muscle and feeling. Sweat and softness. And everything in between.
