King EL

King EL, born Allah Brown on September 4th, 1985 was raised on Long Island, NY mostly in the Village of Hempstead. EL has always been known by the nickname “EL” due to his middle name being “Elohim” and King is just a title that defines a role. For EL growing up in Hempstead, NY was an adventure and a life lesson. The adventures of growing up in the hood are the life lessons that EL puts into his music. After your ears are captivated by the melodic keys and heart pounding drums, EL’s effortless tone smoothly delivers thought provoking lyrics that quickly render him an upper echelon MC. Shortly after deciding to pursue music as a career choice EL founded Just Hustle Media Group as a partnership with Brother and President “Supreme”. As a 30 plus year old rookie EL brings life experiences to music that the average person will relate to. When asked, “Why do you continue to pursue music?”... EL answers, “Because it’s the only thing that feels natural. I have 2 kids… so I’ve done it all for money.. legal and illegal. “Music makes my soul smile.” EL draws musical inspiration from great lyricist like Jay-Z, Joe Budden, Styles P, and Biggie… in no particular order. Listening to King EL music you will clearly hear these influences individually and collectively. As he further explained, “Musically that’s my inspiration but I respect the Hustle more than the music. The music industry has no void of hustle so it’s a perfect fit for Us.” EL makes music for Adults that have had to live in this maze as an Adult. The greatness of the music is that, it’s practical and the message is one of self ownership and self empowerment. EL is one of the great lyricists of the new generation and prides himself on writing every word he recites. Having written songs for other artists and learning the industry by experience, it was an easy transition into artist management. “Ultimately I’m just like any Poet… I just want to be heard.” EL has always been known to be a leader of people and an ultimate hustler. He uses his gift to convey a message of freedom for all those that have a void of freedom. When asked what success in music looks like he quoted, “A successful music career means I’ve inspired people struggling with doubt, anxiety, depression, fear, and motivation to become self sufficient in their journey to happiness.” EL’s music can be defined in a single quote, “Real, Recognize, real”... ultimately it will only resignate with people that have experienced the real situations that are portrayed. EL creates a sort of Mood altering music, which is a key component missing in today’s microwave music climate. It’s clear every word is carefully crafted and used in a very meaningful way.
