About

The Deuces raised him. God made and reframed him. Mr. GoodGame speaks what he lived. He knows his story ain't about him. Charlie Bingham Jr., better known as Mr. GoodGame, proves that purpose can rise from the roughest soil. Born and raised on 27th and Chambers in Milwaukee—one of America’s most violent and segregated neighborhoods—he grew up surrounded by crime, poverty, and the hard truths facing young Black men. Instead of breaking him, these challenges taught him lessons that fuel his music: God’s love is unconditional, you are fearfully and wonderfully made, and no one is too far from grace. Growing up in the “Deuces,” Mr. GoodGame witnessed the realities of street culture firsthand. Determined to break the cycle, he attended Jackson State University, majoring in mass communications and minoring in graphic design, all while pursuing his dream of making an impact through rap. His sound is shaped by legends like 2Pac, 8Ball & MJG, UGK, Master P, Outkast, Jay-Z, Nas, T.I., J. Cole, and Kanye—each echoing through his lyrics and storytelling. Through every verse, Mr. GoodGame delivers more than music—he shares hope, honesty, and purpose. His story isn’t just his own, but a message for anyone fighting to rise above their circumstances. Press play and find out how faith, resilience, and real-life stories come together in every track.

GoodGame

When someone asks, “Who is Charlie Bingham?” My first response is usually, “A flawed individual, but a child of God.” Over time as I found my purpose, I learned to shorten my answer to simply a philanthropist. Why would someone introduce themselves that way? We’re always taught to put our best foot forward and present our highlight reel, right? My life has been a recurring testimony that all can be done when you place it in God’s hands. At so many turns when I wasn’t doing my part, when I thought it was all over, when I had nothing left – God showed up and opened the doors for me. I like to call that “Good Game.”
