Kristian Rawson

Straight from the Motherland Kristian Rawson is a half Danish, half Zimbabwean artist. He was born in Harare, Zimbabwe but grew up in London before eventually moving back to Zimbabwe to continue his schooling. He moved to Copenhagen at the age of 15 to continue school and found a passion for music. Since then he hasn't looked back. Being exposed to different cultures contributed to the diversity and sound of his music. Kanye west, Vory, XXXTENTACION, Jaden Smith & Travis Scott are some of his inspirations. "It's all about the vibes" as he says and it shows through his music with his ability to take the listener on a journey with his catchy hooks, melodic flows and deep lyrics. His distinct mix of trap soul and melodic rap combined with his unique style of engineering contribute to his diverse sound, keeping the listener on their toes. Even BadBoii needs love and he shows us that there's more to him than meets the eye.
