Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Layover is a project led by Matthew Rice. While mainly producing music within the alternative and modern pop-punk genres, Layover can be defined by it's use of big harmonies and soundscapes, pulling influence from a choir and traditional music background to carve out it's own sound in the space.
