About
Born to the church choir director/ gospel singer Norma Brown of Utica, Mississippi, Carlos Brown, aka Los Brown started singing at the age of 5. Traveling the world with his mom and aunts " The Utica Southern Aires" as a child Los was inspired to sing. By the age of 9 Los and his brother "Kentrell" formed a group called " Brothers of Faith" singing a churches around Mississippi, As he got older he joined his older cousins and brother quartet group " Young Men In Christ" . Opening up for artist such as " Lee Williams and legendary groups such as The Canton Spirituals, The Christianaires, The Mighty Clouds Of Joy etc... By the age of 18 Los found a new love "R&B" growing up to icons like Micheal Jackson, Prince, Johnnie Taylor, The O'Jays, The Temptations, Earth Wind and Fire, Brown grow a strong passion for entertaining. Influenced by the smooth funky sounds of D' Angelo, Bilal, and Musiq and the stories of Babyface, R. Kelly, 2 Pac and Sam Cooke, Los began to create his own story. Forming a R&B/ Hip Hop group with friends "Hy-Lyfe" They would beat out the competition by singing covers like "Forever My Lady" by Jodeci etc.. they would travel around the southern region to open up for T-Pain etc... Against all odds Brown started his solo career just releasing his debut album Fight For Love, Brown has been on a campaign to make the people believe, opening for K. Michelle, J. Holiday, Calvin Richardson, Eric Benet, and Fantasia Dru Hill etc.. Brown fan base is steady rising stay tuned check out his latest release Hello World
