Artist LZ

Lezeric "LZ" Bonner was born in Manchester,GA on March 26 1984 and moved to Minnesota when he was only 5. The oldest of 4 children and on a mission to provide the best he could for his family, rapper "Artist LZ" began writing. He started off by just writing his thoughts in his journal, but then moved on to writing poetry and short stories. "Artist LZ" grew up listening to artists such as the Isley Brothers, Marvin Gaye, and Smoky Robinson. Those was just to name a few of the artists he grew up listening to which also he says: Helped inspire him even more to bring the "REAL SOUL AND PASSION" out in his own music. "My grandmother and her oldest son, my Uncle Tony always played real old school soulful music around me wherever we'd go, but especially when we would be at my grandmother's house chilling, eating, playing with my cousins while the grown folks drink and play cards." Before going on he mentioned he just recently lost his Grandmother last year Nov.3rd 2020...he explains " Man it still feels like yesterday. "....then he sighs but continues to look at me with such seriousness, determination and pain in his eyes all at once. He then began to explain how being around his Grandmother and his Uncle is how he developed a great ear for great music. Going through alot of things in his childhood he soon began to write more and more. He then began to write rhymes, finding out that what he was writing, was indead music. He remembers purchasing his first tape like it was yesterday; "Eazy E" Real MF G's. As he listens to more and more music he began to write even more. By the age of 15 he decided that if there was a place for him to be it would be in the music industry. He is one of the most (if not best) versatile and word play geniuses for his sound and delivery our A & Rs have heard of. Experimenting with his vocals, putting pain in his overdubs with a voice tone of [Mystikal], mixed with a smooth flow to his main vocal tone, like [Andre 3000]. Or, he can deliver this soulful [Nipsey Hustle-Rick Ross-Kendrick Lamar]- type of style..again, with his own unique voice and delivery. With a flow and sound like no other in the music industry today "Artist LZ" has many different styles that makes him who he is. In his music you can hear the pain and the struggle of being a young man in a big world, which is what made him the man he is and still growing to become. After getting in trouble with the law and having kids "Artist LZ" decided that it was time to give the world his story about life (good and bad), the streets, politics, spiritual understanding, world wide suppression, and poverty through his writting. I asked "Artist LZ" if he could change one thing about his past what would it be? He replied, "I wish I would have read more books when I was younger." The game should definently be on the look out for this upcoming versitile artist who brings his energy, charisma, and talent every time he writes or hits the stage.
