MacBoy Dero MacBoy Dero is a talented artist with a passion for hip-hop, and trap. This charismatic singer and songwriter managed to combine stunning melodies with infectious grooves and great beats, in order to create a catchy, yet direct and edgy sound. Growing up, this South Memphis artist saw a lot of violence in the streets of Memphis Tennessee as he watched his mother struggle to raise 4 children on her own. In spite of the difficult situation, he was still encouraged to pursue his dreams by his mom, who tragically passed away In 2014. Today, MacBoy continues to make her proud, waking up everyday with that goal in mind! MacBoy Dero’s recent singles, “Check In” and “Stick to the script”, are a great example of his sonic vision.
