I am Fayetteville NC’s very own Matt Thompson I was born 1996. I grew up by the Ramsey area In Fayetteville NC. I started music when I was in 7th grade so like towards the end of 2009. I was writing songs with now Charlotte’s best engineer/producer WhoIsMunchy we started off with our very first song “ Back To Da Money” , which was recorded in the bathroom at a hotel. During 11th grade to my graduation I actually stop doing music because I had to focus more on my school, that didn’t stop me from writing and staying in touch with my hip hop side. I joined the military in 2014, in the 2015 I got married to my high school sweetness. We stayed in NY for about 2-3 years, while we were up there I recorded my mixtape “Behind The Crowd”. I performed in front of all different crowds from young to old. I did so many open mics at different places but my favorite was Funk n’ Waffles in Syracuse, NY. I met so many great artist and talent up there it was nice to connect with some genuinely great people. It’s now 2019, still married to my high school sweetness who is now managing me as a artist all while on her way to get her bacholer’s in business and we holding it down with our crew that goes by the name of “KurbsideWorldwide” in Hawaii✌🏾
