Maysico Tobias Tribble Jr. is an American singer, songwriter, producer and dancer. He was born March 25th, 1999 in Cincinnati Ohio. Mayo Tribbs is known for his songs Body Language, Attitude, and No Ringer. Mayo was inspired by artists and entertainers such as Michael Jackson, James Brown, Lloyd, Justin Timberlake, Usher, Ralph Tresvant, and Bobby Brown. You might say “Wow majority of those names are before Mayo’s time”, well that’s because he has an old soul. EARLY LIFE Tribbs grew up in the downtown area of Cincinnati with his mother, father, and three order sisters. Being the only boy he spent most of his time playing video games, watching tv, and playing outside by himself, but he used most of his energy into acting as if he was a superstar performing on stage in front of millions of fans. He had a true passion for music and knew that he wanted to do that for the rest of his life. The beats, the songs, the dances, the crowds he just loved everything that music contained and he wanted every part of it. WHERE DID HE GET THE NAME MAYO TRIBBS FROM? Mayo Tribbs is an unusual name but no one really knows why he calls himself that. Until in an interview at an open mic event Tribbs was asked about his name he replied “ Well nobody really knew how to say my first name which is Maysico (May-See-Oh) my third oldest sister couldn’t either so she would call me Mayo. My last name is Tribble but growing up as a Cleveland Browns fan my favorite player at the time was Joshua Cribbs so I just made it fit with my name.” Tribbs also got his hands dirty in the studio with producing tracks such as “Livin My Life and Culture” he always wanted to get into making beats inspired by producers Teddy Riley, Timbaland, and Pharrell. Tribbs also played football through his high school years 2013-2017 seasons. He was placed on an All-star team the year he graduated which then he followed up by studying at Tiffin University in August of 2017.
