It all began with Moe D as a kid, receiving a karaoke as a Christmas gift from his mother. At that time he was only 8 years old. Therefore, he couldn't even carry the karaoke, so he dragged it in the snow from his grandmother’s house (where Christmas was being held), all the way to his own home. Once he arrived at his house, he plugged in the karaoke and has been making music ever since. Waking up every day to record on the karaoke was all he wanted to do. It was the best gift he had ever received. As he grew into the music, he began to study it and tried to find ways he could progress and polish his craft. As a teenager, his mother then purchased a studio for him (the basic essentials, one mic with one program, since the income was low), and this is when Moe D began to learn how to engineer and produce his own music. He always loved writing, so songwriting 100% of his lyrics came natural. Having the benefit of a studio where he could record whenever he felt like it, allowed him to express his deep feelings and showcase his passion as soon as that particular emotion arose. Coming back every day to a low income household and a struggling single mother gave him an inner strength to excel in what he loves. He then expanded his online presence by creating music pages across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and many others. He has used the internet to his advantage to build a fan base. Along with his online presence, he has also always performed everywhere he went, including various schools, clubs, festivals and venues, all throughout the state of Massachusetts. With a sense of urgency building up, Moe D began to take more risks. He purchased his own bus ticket to take him across states to Philadelphia where he would perform. He followed that up with another solo trip in his own car to perform in a music showcase in New Jersey. From then on, he continued to capitalize on performance opportunities throughout New England. Moe D is also a music producer, makes beats/instrumentals, songwriter, engineer, mixes and masters his music and beyond. A man of many talents, with a sincere heart for his loved ones. He also helps other artists and musicians record and release their own music projects right out of his own studio. All his life, Moe D has had a fond connection with music and feels deeply that it' is his calling. He feels that music is not something that he has to force but feels that it comes naturally as a gift and a blessing from above. In 2020, Moe D upgraded his music studio, and released an album called "Evolution". This is where he felt that he Evolved mentally, and as a person. In 2021, Moe D released 3 albums, "Forever Royalty", "Futuro Brillante"(Spanish), & "Legendary Legacy". In 2022, Moe D released 1 album entitled "Too Great To Hate", and a compilation entitled "Moe D Music Volume 5". He has also released a ton of music videos. In 2023, Moe D released a new album on January 31, 2023 entitled "Cheers to Better Years". Moe D also released his new second official Spanish album entitled "Corazon Abierto" in 2023 and performed the new Latin music at the Holyoke, Massachusetts Latino Festival on August 6th. In 2024, Moe D released his best album yet entitled "MOE's Art". He plans to follow that up with a new Spanish album and Moe D Music Volumes 6 & 7.
