Philadelphia's naive nature blends grunge, pop-punk, alternative, and indie rock influences. Formed in the summer of 2023, the project is the brainchild of singer, songwriter, and guitarist Jackson Vincent. Jim Lorino joined on drums in September 2023, creating the initial duo lineup that brought local attention to naive nature as a recording and performing act. One year later in September 2024, Mickey Collins joined on bass and backing vocals. With Jim’s departure from the group in May 2025, the creative partnership between Jackson and Mickey continues to explore new sounds and further develop the project as it grows its voice in the scene. naive nature is poised to make a name for themselves in the modern emo revival.
