OG Jimmy

OG Jimmy is a rapper bred out of Brooklyn, Bed-Stuy to be exact. Jimmy attributes his musical roots, love for and knowledge of music to his father; a musician himself. In 2013, OG released his first song on the platform SoundCloud under his former stage name Jay da King. He spent the next few years unfocused; finding himself in stints of trouble including being shot and spending time in juvenile custody. Once released OG Jimmy decided to take his life in a new direction. He began to pursue his music career with more passion. First, by learning to write music. This grew into him releasing more music and he began performing. He has since performed all over NY. Jimmy has participated in community events and give backs that have allowed him to showcase his musical talents. He has performed alongside artist such as, Rich the Kid, Jay C Rich, Bay Swag, the Lox and he has also opened for Desiigner.
