Omega Truth was born in the Bronx, NY to a young mother of just 14. They moved to The south side of Mount Vernon NY where he grew up loving everything art. Mt. Vernon is full of talented people Heavy D, Denzel Washington just to name a few. He participated in band, choir, drama at the age of 8 where he excelled in all. That’s The same year he fell in love with hip hop! Hearing LL Cool Js’ Im Bad! The love never faded away! He moved to Puerto Rico for a year where he furthered his love for music. Moving back to New York when he was 15 to go back to band and started to write poetry, music, doing gigs with jazz bands and more. He credits his motivation from a man named Francis Able. His high school band director who he himself was a great musician, producer, teacher! They did a Snapple commercial in 96’ and when they went to Manhattan to record, they where in the same studio where Michael Jackson, Frank Sinatra, Whitney Houston had recorded, he knew this is what he wanted to do! He Moved out of New York to Richmond VA in 1997 where he started to get in trouble with the law. Spent short amounts of time in jail before moving to Tampa Florida. He took rapping more seriously and started to produce and write songs shoot videos , but fell short of any real success. Now he is focused on becoming one thing…. An absolute LEGEND! “I Just want to be known as a dope MC, that’s it.”
