This energetic power trio is all girl, a whole lot of fun, and a sprinkle of sparkle. Taking inspiration from bands such as The Beaches, Metric, and Wet Leg, this Edmonton-based group has a unique sound that blends pop rock, indie/alternative, and Y2K punk influences. Always high-energy and a touch tongue-in-cheek, Panic Pixie brings a fresh perspective on Gen Z life and love in their original music. At live shows, Panic Pixie gets crowds moving by playing a mix of originals, current radio hits, and Y2K throwbacks. Their first two years have been jam-packed, with 30 live shows including opening for The Beaches on Beaumont Music Festival’s main stage, performing at North Country Fair as an invited artist, and performing for 10,000 Edmontonians at the Mill Woods Canada Day celebration.
