About
ParksidePaperz, also known as Andre Hubbard, thinks of himself as being created in 2006 at Walpole DDU state correctional facility. During a 5 year, sentence Hubbard transformed into the man known as Parkside Paperz, through his imagination and resilience during this period of hardship and stress.
In 2008, he was released into society and within 6 months, he had a seizure and died for seven minutes as he was being air lifted to a Boston hospital. He was then sent to the operating table for open brain surgery due to brain aneurisms. While under the knife, ParksidePaperz had a major epiphany. The music that had always been embedded in his mind, body & soul was now clear as the “way out” of a dangerous lifestyle, both for him and for the many artists he would go on to discover and produce. Soon after the surgery, he was told he would never walk or talk again. However, the continued hardship he faced as a disabled American never impacted his drive nor his love for music. Paperz got to work immediately, learning the ins and outs of the recording software while recording and producing anyone who wanted to hone their craft. Now a prolific engineer, manager, and musical artist in his own right, Paperz laughs in the face of death on a daily basis. After breaking into the industry with 4 FIRE mixes tapes and working on several more, Paperz has become a man who not only wants to be heard, but wants to give the same opportunity to his community by leading a movement of music, creativity, and giving a voice to the voiceless.
ParksidePaperz is an up and coming artist out the Boston area and, according to heavy hitters in the industry, is soon to be a household name. He is also the founder and owner of Famtyze Entertainment Inc. Join the movement TODAY and support Famtyze Entertainment.
