Bio - DeShawn Carter stage name “Parlay Starr” born & raised in South Central LA in the Pueblo Del Rio projects. Parlay graduated  from Crenshaw High School. He won 2 state championships and got a full ride to Paine College in Augusta GA. Parlay dropped out of college to take care of his sick Grandmother and to pursue his music & acting career. Parlay started touring with DJ Quick & 2nd II None as a late teenager witch made him more interested in HipHop. Parlay then link up with Tha Realest from Death Row at the time, tour and made Music with Tru Dat Records but never signed. He met Chris Brown in 2008 did security and Toured with him and Tyga. After his relationship with Chris Brown Parlay managed to collaborate wit artist like YG, TYga, Busta Rhyme, Snoop Dogg, Too Short, Problem, YukMouth, Too Short, Dj PAUL, and many more...!  Parlay also features in Movies like Training Day, Hollywood Homeside, Soul Plane, and Mask and Anonymous with Bob Dillon. He also had a PodCast call Parlay Starr Tv where he interview Stars told jokes and weekly news.
