Pop Penero

Pop Penero being born in the city of Boston Mass, at a young age was moved to South Jersey. At around thirteen Penero was introduce to something that was called a Pocket studio (small recording device with 8 tracks) by a friend who lived across from him in his culdesac. This is where he first discovered the process of writing bars and mimicking some of his favorite artist such as The Lox Styles P in particular (hence the name Penero) Jay-z, Lil Wayne , 50 cent, T.i . Since a kid he's admired the up north rappers because of how they dominated the game and lyrical abilities its a real true art he says but the most influence he believes came from the south, in his Words "I just loved how there was no rules to how u came on the track it was all about fun even when it was a dark record it had some sort of bop to it I wanted to develop my style to not be in just a bar form I focus on my words but after that I'm going a thousand percent as hard on how can I say this and create different elements to keep the song interesting." He does admit putting rap on the back burner a couple time out his journey but the passion could never leave its been times he hasn't seen a studio in a year but everyday jotting raps and melodies sharpening his abilities to pass the time. 2015 he released "Since A Youngin” on Soundcloud shortly after a album title "Ever Since" to combat the younger side of him and show the world a more mature side of his self and after releasing a couple more singles. In 2020 Penero released his newest Ep “IF YOU LEFT I STILL LOVE YOU” produced by Quel the Producer and I talk to him personally and trust me he’s been in the studio working relentlessly , in his words “ History will be made”.
