About
Marquis T. Rios(Born August 19th, 1995) known as “Quis Effect” is a new beat maker, song writer, and producer. He grew up in Long Branch, NJ, and currently resides in Philadelphia, PA. He graduated with his Bachelors in Accounting in May’17 and currently works as a Financials Analyst. He never thought he’d start producing music until this past year. After a Freestyle joke on Instagram, one of his followers encouraged him to keep going because he could see the potential. Marquis’ father gave him a mic and keyboard, his cousin gave him FL Studios and Marquis started to make his own music. We are excited to see where Marquis' growth and progression will lead him!
