Kojo Efson

Kojo Efson (formerly known as Quodjoe), is a Ghanaian American rapper, songwriter and recording artist from Accra and currently resides in the suburbs of New York City. Kojo Efson’s sound consists of many different musical genres noticeably drill music, afrobeats, hip-hop, & trap. Although born and raised in Kumasi Ghana, Kojo Efson grew up in Accra and New York. He started making music at 16 years but Kojo did not do music professionally until he was 22years. Growing up being music lover, his passion for music helped shape Kojo into a dedicated, passionate and confident artist. He gathers his motivation and dedication to his craft from artists he idolized growing up noticeably, Omar Sterling, Sarkodie, M.anifest, & Wizkid. Kojo Efson’s penmanship, creativity and musical prowess are exhibited throughout all of his sounds. Some of his noticeable songs includes his latest & currently highest streaming song “On God” ft. Tulenkey, “Fraud” ft. AlkaMusic and his latest EP “Heartbreaks & Melodies”. The young musician has set his path to greatness and is on course to it as his talents has already gained him 2 nomination from the Ghana Entertainment Awards USA for “Best New Act USA 2019” and “Best Act USA 2020”.
