Hailing out of upstate NY, RAKOLX (rah-cole-X) is the embodiment of the people. Coming from a single parent home, he started out as a poet whose passion was football. Listening to the voice of the LORD he shifted his focus to music, gaining confidence in himself and his community along the way. He is an example of getting it “out the mud” so to say. Early life memories of violence being all to close to home from robberies to guns with relatives. RAKOLX is focused on turning his negatives into positives. His poetic roots makes his early sounds more true to the origins of hip-hop. Influenced by Rakim, Lauryn Hill, Juvenile, Pimp C, OutKast, Otis Redding, James Brown Marven Gaye and his favorite Michael Jackson. He grew up always being captivated by great music of all genres. Being compared to the likes of Kendrick, Cole, A$AP, Thugger and even MJ at a live performance. His ep “the Won (1)” speaks from his life experiences in a traditional hip-hop format. With a desire to grow and evolve, his up and coming project “EON’s ONE NEO”(111) will showcase his development into harmonies and song writing. His singles “F.I.C.O.” & “G.T.A. (Full Throttle)” Along side business partner/label mate A-Dubz showcases a bit of his harmonizing skills. As a representative of PUFFALO he’s got the talent, drive, & discipline to obtain a global reach. RAKOLX was told he is a producer by executives at Atlantic Records while showcasing music at Quad Studios. He thinks of himself as an artist, but accepts that role as well as being a song writer, poet and perfomer. Skillz obtained by his commitment to crafting his own style with over 20,000 hours put into optimizing his voice’s potential. 2026 is his breaking out year.
