Reggie also well known as “Rico Santana” grew up in a not so pleasant neighborhood “Shallowside” located in Fort Lauderdale Florida . He stated that “Shallowside” wasn’t cool or a place you want to grow up at ,kids used to pick on me back in middle school but was always a happy kid for some reason “ Later on in middle school he moved out of Fort Lauderdale for a better childhood with his mother called Palm Bay located in north florida . He Fell in love with music at a young age & later then figured that he wanted to pursue his dreams of making music. “i didn’t start off as a rapper I use to make R&B type music honestly I wasn’t that good but my heart always was with music from the beginning !“ He stated . In high school he started taking his Career serious regardless of the people who wasn’t to fond of his music He dropped his first single titled “suave” & it didn’t get the anticipation that he thought it would he later than dropped a couple more singles then took a break off of music. fast forward to 2020 & he is slowly reaching his peak performance with his music . fans and friends are noticing a drastic improvement In his music .
