JU “Dat” Named after His Mississippi native Grand Father Julius Lee Cockrell, JU Was born & raised in Many areas all through Columbus, Ohio Ranging from Greenbrier projects to Cambridge (Maple Glen) as well as Rich St where he joined Blackburn recreation center boxing program in which he became the fearless young man you get to experience through his music and poetry. Survival through All hard times was the goal, carrying the mentality that life is less about what you succeed at, and more so about what you Overcome…..
