Shad Lennox

Born in 1989, I grew up in a generation where your word was your bond and it was real & solid. Coming from a small town, I was taught to make great decisions, stay disciplined, humble, and respect by elders. I took those principles to heart and it caused me to invest that attitude in my music. As a young kid, I would sneak into my room without bothering anybody gone for two hours or more and would play rap songs in my head. R & B has always been my favorite so it's what I listen to the most. Learning all of the rap songs inspired me to want to walk outside, do my homework, travel, and rap them. When I was about five my uncle used to walk blocks and carry me on his shoulders where we would BeatBox like the Original Doug E. Fresh. As I got older and started to play sports, I would always listen to my most inspirational artists in the music industry, 2Pac and Biggie (and more), God rest their souls. I would use it as energy to help me go forward. I realized that sports didn’t matter to me as much because my heart and soul was in music. When I graduated high school I was inspired to create and record music. I believed in myself and my progress an artist. I wrote consistently to turn it into a dream and was fortunate enough to collaborate with artists such as Slim Pickett, Si Johnson, Lazy Bone, Charlie Farley, and more. I’ve turned these creative thoughts and talents into an ambition for the World to Love.
