From the vibrant streets of Prince George’s County, Maryland SoLid embarked on his musical journey at the tender age of 5 as a concert violinist performing all over Maryland and Washington DC. His early years were filled with the rich sounds of classical music, which laid the foundation for my lifelong passion of music. He continued to hone his craft through college, immersing himself in various genres and styles including Go-Go music until he took a detour to serve in the military. 
After two intense combat tours, Solid returned to his first love—music. He began his Professional career as an industry producer, collaborating with talented artists and refining his skills behind the scenes. This experience ignited a fire within him to pursue his own projects, leading him to create music that reflects his unique perspective and experiences.
Now based in San Diego California since 2014, Solid is thrilled to announce the upcoming release of his single “Wiggle Wobble.” This track beautifully intertwines his East Coast influences with California’s dynamic production style. Known for his versatile melodies and clever wordplay, Solid takes pride in crafting beats that resonate with listeners on multiple levels.
