About
Steve(n) Drayton is from New York with a musical family background. He and his brother, Flavor Flav, of the group ‘Public Enemy’, and the show Flavor of Love started early in the entertainment industry. Steve Drayton knew he wanted to be an entertainer since the first grade singing his first solo with the school choir. His music career elevated to performing with the band Liquid Pleasure and releasing their single “Take a Lil Love” on WBLS in the late 70’s.
Steve Drayton continued writing, producing, and releasing music. A major accomplishment is his hit “Stop Playing with My Love” which reached number 2 on the English Billboard Charts in the 1980’s. In 2011, Steve Drayton expanded into the film sector with his company Big City Films by writing and directing his first film Married Men and Single Women. He is currently a part of The Ultimate Sound Band and is promoting his music including “I See You Steppin” and “Clean Up Man” from his upcoming EP.
