Sydny August

An R&B singer-songwriter, performer, producer & engineer based in Chicago. August emerged independently onto Chicago’s underground music scene in 2016. She continues to gain recognition across local blogs, venues, and radio stations. August has made a great effort throughout 2017 to 2020 by releasing five EPs while maintaining Creative Writing & Business studies at the University of Kansas. August remains prolific by releasing her independent debut album "Miss August" during 2020's quarantine before signing to Lil Durk’s Only The Family, Chicago's #1 label. By transforming relatable emotions sonically, Miss August reminds us to live and lead through love.
