Tom Thompson

I'm from Edmonton, Canada and I work under the artist name Tom Thompson. I find inspiration in many places and have travelled extensively which has influenced my creative style and process. I create art because I want to evoke emotions in the listener and provide a different perspective on issues of the world through shared experiences. I specialize in Music and I focus on Hip Hop but also enjoy working with Photography, Videography, Music Production and Graphic Design. My art style can be described as rebellious yet refined. I am motivated by life, politics and culture. I have been creating art for 10 years and my work has been shown at Astral Harvest Festival, Western Canadian Fashion Week and I was a top 100 Artist in the CBC Searchlight Competition of 2020. When people see my work, I hope they experience deeper thinking, enjoyment and a sense of who is Tom Thompson.
