Growing up under the influences of Lil Wayne, Kanye West, Jay-Z, and Future WuGieee doesn’t want his stigma to focus on Hip-Hop/Rap. Being considered as one genre is not enough for him. Jamar Wilson was born in Champaign, Illinois on October 11, 1998. He speaks upon being raised in Chicago, the difference between real and fake love, trust, coming from a broken home, and life’s adversity; he puts his all into his music. He names his mother as the person who birth his love and passion for music. The 98er Baby has a style that hasn’t been seen since Heavy D. He has the moves with the lyrics to match and for his size he can move. In 2017 he started to record off phones and laptop which brought him his first single “Stars”. As he continues his career his lastest single “All Love Lost (NAT)” his been on a rise.
